Listing information appears in part through the Bright MLS Internet Data Exchange program, under our broker of record, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, solely to identify properties you may be interested in buying or renting. Any other use, including scraping, bulk export, or republication, is prohibited. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and properties shown may no longer be available.

Estimates and information are not advice

Property-tax estimates, market statistics, home-value figures, mortgage-payment estimates, and similar tools on this site are computed from public data sources and MLS records that change over time and can contain errors. School, crime, and safety information is gathered from public sources and provided for general background only. All of it is informational only and is not tax, legal, financial, appraisal, or safety advice. Verify any figure with the relevant county, school district, lender, or a licensed professional before relying on it in a transaction.

Fair housing

Connecting with agents and lenders

When you submit an inquiry, request a report, or ask to be connected, you consent to be contacted by NookLocal and by the real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and brokerage partners we connect you with, by email and at any phone number you provide, about your request. We may be compensated by these partners through a referral fee or a share of commission. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. Saved searches and email alerts are offered as a convenience and may change or pause, so don't rely on them as your only way of learning about a property. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site (scraping, spam, attempting to bypass access controls).

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 215labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on information presented on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
