NookLocal is operated by 215labs LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect on nooklocal.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you request a market report, home value estimate, or information about a listing; account email and saved listings/searches if you create an account.
• Usage data: pages viewed and basic device information, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel via cookies.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for (reports, estimates, listing information).
• To respond to listing inquiries — which means sharing your contact information and inquiry with the real estate brokerage and agents who can help with that property, including our broker of record and partner brokerages.
• To send follow-up emails about the towns you expressed interest in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Who else touches the data

Service providers that run our infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), Inngest (job processing), Google and Meta (analytics/advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails any time via the link in any message or by emailing hello@nooklocal.com.
• Ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by emailing the same address — we honor these requests for all visitors, not just where a statute requires it.
• Block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
