No one reads anymore. There’s AI slop content everywhere. Our brains are programmed to ignore spam emails.

So why are we starting a newsletter?

Because we want to break the mold. We want this to be the only newsletter you open because you want to.

We won’t always know what we are going to write about. It might be a new favorite restaurant we find that you should know about. It might be an event we think you might be interested in. It might be a hot real estate take that isn’t “now is a great time to buy AND sell!”
(how can it be a great time to buy and sell 🤔?)

What can we promise?

We promise we will try our best to only bring high quality content. We promise not to use AI to write our content. We promise to take every unsubscribe seriously because you are voting against our content. We promise to keep self-promotional content to a minimum.

But we are running a business after all, so we will do some promoting 🙂.

As for the winners of the raffle, we announced them on Facebook and Instagram, but here they are!
